Specialties
I’m deeply committed to supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, with particular care for those navigating anxiety, depression, faith transitions, identity development, and life changes. I bring a strong focus to working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, women’s concerns, and those carrying shame-whether rooted in spirituality, relationships, or self-worth. I support individuals and couples in navigating challenges related to sexuality, including desire discrepancies, sexual dysfunction, and shame. My approach is compassionate and grounded in helping people build awareness, confidence, and connection in their sexual experiences- while also addressing the broader emotional and relational dynamics that contribute to overall well-being and personal growth.
My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EFIT, with additional influence from the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative approaches. I emphasize the importance of Attachment and work to help people cultivate lasting emotional bonds and resilience in their relationships.
I believe in the power of therapy as a collaborative process, and I aim to gently challenge limiting beliefs while always leading with empathy and compassion. My goal is to foster growth, healing, and deeper connection-with yourself and others.
