I received a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Iowa State University. MS in MFT from Purdue Calumet, and BS in Psychology with minor in Humanities from BYU. I am the owner of Progressive Paths Therapy and I have worked as a therapist since 1998.

I completed a BS at UVU, an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from BYU, and a PhD in Couple and Family Therapy at Texas Tech University. I received specialized training in Medical Family Therapy in a doctoral fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. I’ve been working as a therapist since 2014.
I completed a B.S. in Psychology from BYU-Hawaii, an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from BYU, and am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the BYU MFT doctoral program. I’ve been practicing therapy since 2016.
I have a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Utah and an M.S. in Counseling (Marriage & Family Therapy emphasis) from San Diego State University. I completed my clinical training at the Center for Community Counseling & Engagement in City Heights, San Diego, working primarily with LGBTQIA+ teens, adults, and couples. I have been working as a therapist since 2020.
