Specialties
I work with adult individuals. I am an ex-LDS therapist who specializes in anxiety, faith crises, and trauma. I aim to focus my work on collaboratively identifying what needs to change and working comprehensively to enable that change to happen. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy. I am certified in trauma-focused CBT, and aim to foster autonomy and safety in session. My work is LGBTQ+ affirmative and I strive to practice cultural humility. I endeavor to integrate all aspects of peoples’ lives in order to promote growth as well as a better understanding of nuanced, personal issues. Ultimately, I am honored to be a part of the therapeutic process and commit to uphold the personal healing and empowerment of each individual client.
