All of our therapists are available to meet with anyone living within the state of Utah via teletherapy

Our therapists offer teletherapy by Zoom. Zoom is fully HIPAA compliant and your mental health record is encrypted and completely confidential. To utilize Zoom please do the following:

In order to meet with your therapist, all you need is a browser and internet camera: this works on any internet device with a browser, including any smart phone, laptop, tablet, etc. Although Zoom will work on your phone, it will be better if you’re on a laptop or desktop or table just for the sake of large enough and stable video–but feel free to use your phone if that is your only or best option.

To download Download the app to your computer or laptop. Or go to the IOS ( or Android ( mobile apps and download Zoom to your phone.

· To insure your confidentiality, you will need to be in a room by yourself, where you can close the door and won’t be interrupted, and where no one can see your video or hear your audio. We recommend you use headphones.

· We also require that you do not record sessions. This is for your protection and confidentiality of your health record.

For all teletherapy sessions, your therapist will email you a detailed  invitation to join the session with your therapist as the Host.

Progressive Paths Therapy and COVID19

The safety and wellbeing of all people is of the utmost importance to us. All of our therapists and staff have been vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccinations.

If you attend therapy in-person:
• You can only attend if you are symptom-free from COVID19 symptoms. For symptoms go here.
• If you are experiencing symptoms, you can switch to a teletherapy appointment or cancel (we do not charge No Show or Late Cancelation fees if you are experiencing symptoms)

• You must follow all safety protocols established by the practice, including:

  • Wearing a mask: if you have tested negative for COVID, but have COVID-like symptoms including cough, allergy, cold, or flu-like symptoms. Masks and hand sanitizer are availabe in our lobbys or ask your therapist.
  • Washing or sanitizing your hands upon entering the practice.
  • Adhering to appropriate social distancing measures as needed.
  • Telling your Provider if you have a high risk of exposure to or complications from COVID-19 such as respiratory problems, immunocompromised conditions, etc. Feel free to request you and your provider wear a mask for your appointment.
  • Telling your Provider if you or someone in your home tests positive for COVID-19 as soon as possible before your in-person appointment.

For unvaccinated individuals we are conducting all initial intake sessions and all ongoing therapy sessions by teletherapy.

If you’d like to set up a teletherapy appointment with your already established therapist, please let your therapist know as soon as possible: You may text or email them directly, or send an email to, or call or text us at 801-704-5066 and the information will be given to your therapist.

If you would like to set up an initial appointment please fill out the form on this page or go to the Getting Started link above.
