Openings Fall 2024: Couple and Family Therapist in SLC (124 S 400 E)
Part Time with likelihood of buidling to Full Time.
We hire: Licensed Psychologists, LMFTs, LCSWs, CMHCs. And Associate licensed therapists (Supervision toward licensure provided at no cost).
Therapist Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, families, group therapy. Diagnosis, treatment planning, and congruent interventions with high therapeutic alliance and compassion. Coordinate and collaborate with referring professionals and other paying or interested parties. Exceptional HIPAA compliance in all clinical work. Coordinate with allied and referring health professionals to provide holistic/wellness centered treatment planning, intervention, and coordination. Take digital payments and assist in coordination of insurance information and billing. Work toward credentialing and contracting applications with insurances. Coordinate and maintain own schedule with all clients and with therapy room scheduling system (5 therapy rooms in office suite in Orem. 4 therapy rooms in SLC suite). Maintain all records and communications in a highly professional and timely organized manner (we use TherapyNotes). Coordinate and utilize feedback informed therapy regularly. Maintain high professionalism with all clients and colleagues. Provide supervision (if fully qualified) to provisionally licensed or student therapists.

AAMFT Approved Supervision for AMFTs. UT DOPL approved supervision for all employed therapists.
Set your own schedule with days and times best meeting your needs. Weekends also available.
Preferred candidates and requirements:
• Licensed or Associate licensed UT DOPL: required
• Insurance paneled or ability to be insurance paneled: required
• Ability to provide therapy fluently in English and another language: preferred
• Passionate about various approaches and creative energy toward building & improving our vision for a social justice-informed therapy practice: required
Pay: structured on completed one hour therapy sessions, which requires about 1.33 clock hours of total work
MS LMFT, LCSW, CMHC: $57-$72 depending on experience
PhD Psych, LMFT, LCSW, CMHC: $60-$77 depending on experience
MS with Associate license: $52 per completed therapy session
PhD with Associate license: $56 per completed therapy session
Associate licensed therapists receive twice yearly performance-based pay raises to incrementally reach licensed pay once license is accomplished.
Incentive pay: Make 4%, 8%, 12%, 17% more per session according to total completed sessions per pay period (2 weeks: 25+ sessions, 35+ sessions, 45+ sessions, 54+ sessions)
Full Time benefits (requires quarterly average of 27 sessions a week, averaged over 48 weeks a year): negotiated Health Insurance (QSEHRA) & 401K benefits package (this is instead of incentive pay).
Paid Time Off: Accrue PTO at 2% per clinical hour for all payrolls (2 wks) with 25 or more clinical hours. PTO can be used when and for whatever need decided by the therapist employee. Each year of employment adds 0.2% to the accural rate.
Continuing Edu trainings yearly stipend ($200-$400 depending on PT to FT, after 6 month employment)
Laptop and peripherals stipend at hire and every 4 years (laptop stipend $300)
Admin hourly pay: For assigned administrative projects growing the practice. Paid at 2/3 base rate as these are clock hours.
Paid yearly dues to LGBTQ Affirmative Psychotherapist Guild of Utah and Mormon Mental Health Association (a secular org)
