Professional Highlights
I completed a B.S. in Family Science and a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University. I’ve been practicing as an individual, couple, and family therapist since 2018 in the Provo and Orem area. I offer services both in-person and through telehealth.
Specialties
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I believe in the inherent value and goodness of humanity, and my therapy focus includes creating an accepting environment where it is safe to experience your thoughts and emotions from a space of curiosity and compassion. My specialties include individual and relational therapy for out-of-control sexual behaviors, helping individuals cope with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and scrupulosity, healing from trauma (including PTSD and Developmental Trauma), managing depression, and helping individuals and partnerships navigating faith transitions. I am also trained to help strengthen the security and warmth of romantic and familial relationships of all kinds. I emphasize Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment-Based therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, all from a research-based, biopsychosocial perspective.
Connor is currently not taking new clients. He sees people in-person in Orem and anyone in Utah by teletherapy.
